During the construction of Ripley Hospital we supported Ashfield School by allowing two of their year 11 students to carry out a 2 day a week work placement with us. Both students are keen to enter the industry and this gave them a valuable insight into the Building Industry

We regularly support local schools and consistently take on Work Experience students.

We work in conjunction with the CITB to employ Apprentices and Young People wherever possible
